Rydym yn ymwybodol iawn o'r heriau sy'n wynebu ein teuluoedd ar hyn o bryd o ran costau byw cynyddol. Y mae nifer o agweddau yn gwneud bywyd yn anoddach yn enwedig costau uwch tanwydd, egni, bwyd a dillad a nifer o agweddau eraill.

We are very aware of the challenges facing our families at the moment in terms of rising living costs. Many aspects make life more difficult especially the higher costs of fuel, energy, food and clothing and many other aspects.
Our intention in this part of the website is to give you details of which agencies and advice are available in our community and nationally to help you try to get through this challenging period.
