Important Dates 2018

Dear Parents / Guardians,
Welcome back to our pupils, we have noted below some dates and events for the rest of the school year. I’m sure we will be adding to these as the term goes on.
 

• 1/3/18 Ddydd Gŵyl Dewi St David’s day, a mufti day where pupils can wear their own clothes if they donate £1, we would encourage pupils to wear red and green, or a Welsh Costume.
• 4/3/18 Recitation and singing group in St Woolis Cathedral (Sant Gwynllyw) 15.00-16.00
• 15/3/18 Thursday night: Regional Urdd Eisteddfod at 15.30 in Ysgol Gyfun Cwm Rhymni.
• 22/3/18 Transition event in the morning and Year 7 Parents’ evening 16.00-18.30
• 29/3/18 Thursday. Last day of the Spring term.
• 16/4/18 Start of the Summer Term
• 7/5/18 May day – no school.
• 25/4/18- 9/5/18 National tests. Please ensure your child is in school.
• 26/5/18 Last day of the half term.
• 6/6/18 Transition Sports event in the morning.
• 21/7/18 Last day of the Academic year.
