Transition
Starting secondary school is a big step — and we want every pupil and family to feel excited, informed and well-prepared for the journey ahead.
At Ysgol Gyfun Gwent Is Coed, we work closely with our cluster primary schools to make sure the move from Year 6 to Year 7 is as smooth and positive as possible for every learner.
